Transcript Request Form

Please use the following form to request a transcript.

Allow up to 10 days for processing. Transcripts are processed and mailed every Friday and orders must be received before 10:00 AM Pacific. Orders received after 10:00 AM Pacific, will be processed the following Friday unless expedited processing is ordered.

If you desire expedited processing, please add $15 to your order. If you require expedited shipping, it will be billed to you at cost; please notify the school of your request.

There is no charge for an initial, official transcript request (unexpedited). Additional copies can be requested at the rate of $5.00 per official transcript.
